• In our project, we attempt to use this part to solve the problems of strong leakage and toxicity when the Int8 integrase translational unit (BBa_K3254011) was transcripted by BBa_K2572025.
• As a result, the toxic problem when full induced was solved successfully, however, the leakage expression is still strong which might due to the strong RBS.
